Four Decades of Excellence: The Boulder Phone Story
In 1986, when business communication meant bulky desk phones, analog systems, frame relays, and PRI circuits, Boulder Phone was founded on a simple premise: provide high-tech, reliable communication solutions without losing the personal touch of a local partner.
The Early Years: Building a Foundation
For our first decade, we were the go-to experts for traditional, on-premise business phone systems. We helped local Boulder businesses adopt early digital technology, focusing on reliability, scalability, and face-to-face support.
Embracing the Digital Evolution
As the millennium turned, so did our technology. Boulder Phone transitioned from legacy systems to Voice over IP (VoIP), enabling clients to leverage the internet for cheaper, more flexible communication. We understood that technology was changing fast, but our commitment to treating every client like a partner, not a ticket number, remained steadfast.
November 2023 – Acquisition by Jarvis Labs
In late 2023, Jarvis Labs officially acquired Boulder Phone and Boulder Phone telecom assets and contracts. This acquisition helped bring in a new era for both capabilities and Global reach. As a fully integrated partner organization with the BITS family of companies including BITS Data and BITS Help Desk, we were able to bring in-house AI powered integrated voice solutions as well as gain a national telecom footprint. This allows us to serve any enterprise whether a budding start-up or a globally complex organization.

Today, we are at the forefront of cloud-based, AI-enhanced communication and secure, high-speed networking. We manage and build Data Center assets as well as Fiber and Over the Air connectivity everywhere.
